Download the Dyno app and sign in

Get the free Dyno app, create your account with a code sent to your email, sign in and find your club.

Dyno is a free app for iPhone and Android. You use it to book, pay and keep in touch with your club.

Download the app

  1. Open the App Store on an iPhone, or Google Play on an Android phone.
  2. Search for Dyno and install it.

Create an account

  1. Open the app and tap Create new account.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
  3. Check your email for a 6-digit code. Type it in and tap Verify.
  4. Check your details. Tap Edit details to add or change your name, date of birth and phone number, then tap Continue. Your phone number is optional. You must be 13 or older.
  5. On Set your login, choose a username and a password of at least 8 characters, and type the password again to confirm it.
  6. Tap Check availability. When the app says the username is available, tap Continue.
  7. On Where are you based?, type your town or city and tap Create account.
  8. Tap Continue on the welcome screen.

Your email address stays fixed while you sign up, because it is the one you just confirmed. You can change it later in Settings.

If a club has already invited that email address, the details screen tells you which club you are joining and fills in what your club gave us.

If your email address already has a Dyno account, the app takes you to the sign-in screen after you enter the code, with your email filled in.

Sign in

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your email address and your password.
  3. Tap Log in.

The first time you sign in on a phone, the app asks you to create a 4-digit PIN and then enter it again. You may also be offered Enable Biometrics so you can unlock the app with your face or fingerprint. Tap Skip if you would rather not.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address. We email you a reset code.
  3. Enter the reset code and a new password of at least 8 characters.
  4. Sign in with your new password.

If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder or tap I need a new code.

Find your club

  1. Tap the Explore tab.
  2. Tap Start your search and look for your club, or browse Discover clubs and Nearby.
  3. Open your club's page and tap Memberships to see what the club offers.
  4. Choose a membership and follow the steps to join.
