Your team sign in to the Dyno dashboard with their own login. Their role decides what they can do. Staff & roles is included on every Dyno plan. How many people you can add depends on your plan's staff seats.

The button only appears for someone who has not signed in yet. Sending a new one stops the previous link working. Anyone who has already signed in has a password of their own and should use **Forgot password** instead.

The **Staff** page shows **Seats used** against your allowance. Every team member uses a seat, including the owner. When you have no seats left, you cannot add anyone. Click **Manage plan** to change your plan.

The same page holds their public profile: **Title / Role**, **Bio**, **Years of experience**, **Specializations** and **Qualifications**. Under **Visibility**, choose whether members can see their profile, email and phone number.

Changes save straight away and apply to everyone with the **Staff** role. Owners, admins and managers always have full access.

Until you change these switches, people with the Staff role see **Events**, **Chats**, **Staff**, **Calendar** and **Club Kiosk** in their menu. Once you change a switch, they see only the pages switched on in this list.

Your owner and team can book members-only events and facilities without holding a membership. Being on your team does not make someone a member. If a coach also trains, give them a membership so they appear in your member lists.

Add a coach, manager or admin to your dashboard and choose what they can see.

How many people you can add depends on your plan's staff seats. Roles Owner: full access to everything. The owner's role cannot be changed from the Staff page. Admin: full access to the dashboard. Manager: full access to the dashboard. Staff: sees only the pages you allow in Settings, under Staff access. Staff cannot invite or add team members, and cannot create or edit events. Add someone to your team Open Staff and click Add staff. Enter their Email, First name and Last name. Phone number is optional. Choose a Role: Staff, Manager or Admin. Click Add to team. What happens next: They are on your team straight away. You can give them a profile, set their availability and put them on sessions without waiting for them to do anything. We email them. If the address has no Dyno account, we create one and the email carries a link to set their own password, good for 7 days. If they already use Dyno, the email tells them they have been added and points them at the sign-in page; their existing password still works and nothing about their account changes.
