View your club's reports

Three pages in the sidebar, under Management, tell you how your club is doing. Analytics covers members, revenue and attendance. Finances shows the money that has actually come in through Stripe. Activity is a searchable log of what has happened in your club.

Analytics

Open Analytics. Choose a period at the top: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or 1 Year.

If payments failed during the period, a warning at the top shows how many subscriptions need attention and how much monthly revenue is at risk. See Failed payments.

Figures

• Monthly Recurring Revenue: your active plans at list price, before discounts. It is not money received.
• Avg recurring revenue / member: monthly recurring revenue divided by active members.
• Active Members, with the number of upcoming events.
• New Members: people who joined in the period.
• Cancellations: paid subscriptions that ended in the period.
• At-risk Members: active members with no booking in 30 days or more.
• Revenue Recovered: revenue and members kept through failed-payment recovery and win-back.
• Attendance Rate: confirmed bookings that checked in.
• Avg Class Fill: confirmed bookings compared with capacity, for past events.
• No-show Rate: bookings that did not check in.

Click New Members, Cancellations or At-risk Members to see the people behind the number. Most figures also show how they compare with the previous period.

Charts

• Revenue Trend: monthly recurring revenue over time.
• Membership Growth: new sign-ups against cancellations each month.
• Bookings vs Attendance: daily confirmed bookings and how many turned up.
• Revenue by Membership Tier: how much each membership contributes.
• Booking Heatmap: confirmed bookings by day of the week and hour.
• Top Classes by Fill Rate: your best-filled sessions in the period.

Finances

Open Finances. The figures cover money received through Stripe in the last 90 days, after refunds.

Totals and charts

• Total Revenue, compared with the previous period.
• Membership Revenue, Pass Revenue and Event Revenue, each with its share of the total.
• Pending Payments: payments that have not completed yet.
• Other Revenue, shown only when you have some.
• Membership Distribution and Recent transactions charts.

Payments in a different currency from your club's are not included in the totals. The page tells you when that applies.

Bank payouts

Bank payouts shows Awaiting next payout and Still settling, then a list of payouts with when each was sent, when it arrives, the amount and its status. Click a payout for its details, or Show older payouts to see more. Open Stripe dashboard takes you to Stripe.

Transactions

Recent Transactions lists payments with the date, description, member, amount and status.

1. Choose All, Completed or Pending.
2. Use Search transactions... at the top of the page to find a payment.
3. Click a transaction to open it. See Issue a refund.

To download a spreadsheet, click Export CSV, choose Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months or Last 12 months, then click Export.

Activity

Open Activity. The Activity history page lists sign-ups, cancellations, payments, staff changes and other actions as they happen.

• Type in Search activity… to find a name or an action.
• Choose All, Members, Events, Finance or Other to filter.
• Click an entry to see its details.
• Click Export CSV to download the entries that match your current search and filter.

Who can see these pages

Staff only see Analytics, Finances and Activity if you give them access to those pages. See Add a staff member.
