Manage your Dyno subscription

See your current plan, upgrade, add or cancel bolt-ons, and find out how to downgrade or cancel.

Your Dyno plan decides which features your club can use. Bolt-ons add single features on top of your plan. Both live in Settings, under Subscription.

See your current plan

  1. Open Settings and choose Subscription.
  2. The Manage Plan card shows your plan name and status.

If you are on a paid plan, you also see Seats used (staff seats used out of your allowance) and Billing (your price, whether you pay monthly or annually, and your current billing period).

If you have not chosen a paid plan, the card shows Free: up to 20 members and 2 staff seats.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Open Settings and choose Subscription.
  2. Under Upgrade your plan, choose Monthly or Annual. Annual prices show how much you save.
  3. Click the plan you want.
  4. Check Staff seats. Your plan includes a number of seats. If the plan offers extra seats, click + to add more.
  5. Click Continue to checkout if you are on Free, or Upgrade plan if you already pay for a plan.

From Free, you pay through a secure checkout page and come back to your dashboard. If you already pay, your existing subscription changes straight away and you see Plan updated.

Only plans above your current one are listed. If you are on the top plan, you see You're on the highest plan.

Downgrade or cancel your plan

You cannot downgrade or cancel from the dashboard. Email support@dyno-app.com and we will get back to you within one business day.

Add a bolt-on

The Bolt-ons card lists every bolt-on with a short description and its price. Prices follow the Monthly or Annual choice above.

  1. Open Settings and choose Subscription.
  2. Find the bolt-on under Bolt-ons and click Add.
  3. Complete the checkout.

You need a paid plan before you can add a bolt-on. A bolt-on your plan already includes is marked Included.

Cancel a bolt-on

  1. Find the bolt-on under Bolt-ons. Active bolt-ons are marked Active and show their renewal date.
  2. Click Cancel.

The bolt-on keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. It is marked Ending and shows the date it ends.
