Issue a refund
Refund a member from the dashboard — full or partial — straight back to their card.

You can issue a refund directly from the Dyno dashboard — there is no need to log into Stripe.
Refund steps
- Open Finances → Transactions
- Find the transaction (search by member name or email)
- Click the transaction row to open the detail panel
- Click Refund — enter the amount (full or partial) and an optional reason
- Confirm — the refund is pushed back to the original payment method
Refunding a subscription payment
Refunding a charge does not automatically cancel the underlying subscription. If you want the member to stop being billed, also cancel their subscription on the same screen.
