Issue a refund

Refund a member from the dashboard — full or partial — straight back to their card.

You can issue a refund directly from the Dyno dashboard — there is no need to log into Stripe.

Refund steps

  1. Open Finances → Transactions
  2. Find the transaction (search by member name or email)
  3. Click the transaction row to open the detail panel
  4. Click Refund — enter the amount (full or partial) and an optional reason
  5. Confirm — the refund is pushed back to the original payment method

Refunding a subscription payment

Refunding a charge does not automatically cancel the underlying subscription. If you want the member to stop being billed, also cancel their subscription on the same screen.
