Add a staff member
Invite a coach, receptionist or admin and give them the right level of access.

Staff are people who help you run the club. They sign in to the dashboard with their own credentials, and what they can see and do is governed by the role you assign them.
Invite a staff member
- Open Settings → Staff → Invite staff
- Enter their name and email
- Pick a role — Owner, Admin, Coach, or Front desk
- Send the invite — they receive an email with a sign-in link
What each role can do
- Owner — full access to everything, including billing and Stripe
- Admin — manage members, plans, classes and payments; cannot change billing
- Coach — manage their own classes, see attendees, mark no-shows
- Front desk — check members in, take walk-in payments, see today’s schedule
