Invite your first members

There are two ways to onboard members onto Dyno: invite them individually from the dashboard, or upload a CSV if you already have a list. Both routes send the member an email with a link to download the Dyno app and sign in.

Invite a single member

1. Open Members → Add member
2. Enter their name, email, and (optionally) phone number
3. Choose whether to assign them a membership plan now or later
4. Click Send invite — the member receives an email immediately

Import members from a CSV

If you already have a member list, you can upload it in bulk. Dyno accepts a CSV with columns for first name, last name, email, phone (optional), and plan code (optional).

What members see

Members receive a branded email with a link to the App Store and Google Play. When they open the app, they sign in with the email you invited them on. If you assigned a plan, they are taken straight to checkout — otherwise they land on your club page.
