This guide walks you through creating your club account on Dyno from scratch. By the end you will have a working dashboard, your club branding in place, and you will be ready to connect Stripe and invite your first members.

Step 1 — Sign up

Open dashboard.dyno-app.com/register in your browser. You can sign up with your email and a password, or use Google sign-in if you prefer single sign-on.

Step 2 — Name your club

Pick the public-facing name your members will recognise. This appears in the member mobile app, on receipts, and in member emails. You can change it later from Settings → Club details.

Step 3 — Add your logo and brand colour

Upload a square logo (PNG or JPG, at least 512×512) and pick a primary brand colour. Both appear throughout the member app and on emails sent to your members.

Step 4 — Set your timezone and currency

Dyno defaults to GBP and Europe/London. If your club operates in a different currency or timezone, change them now under Settings → Region — this affects class scheduling and payouts so it is best set before you invite members.
