How waitlists work
When members are auto-promoted, when they are not, and how to manage no-shows.

When a class hits capacity, new bookings join a waitlist. The order is strictly first-come-first-served. When a booked member cancels (before the cancellation deadline), the top member on the waitlist is automatically promoted into the freed spot.
Promotion rules
- Waitlist promotion happens immediately when a spot opens, up to the cancellation deadline.
- After the deadline passes, no further promotion happens — the cancelling member still loses their pass/credit.
- Members are notified by push and email when promoted, and can decline by cancelling.
Marking no-shows
After the class ends, you can mark any member as a no-show from the class attendance screen. No-shows count against any per-month no-show limit you have set on the class.
