A recurring class is a session that runs on a repeating schedule — e.g. "Adult Pilates, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm". Dyno generates the individual occurrences automatically, manages capacity, and handles waitlists.

Create the class

  1. Open Classes → New class
  2. Name the class and assign an instructor (optional)
  3. Set the location — a facility, a room, or "Online"
  4. Pick the days of the week and start/end times
  5. Set the capacity (max bookable spots)
  6. Choose whether members on a specific plan get free access, or whether each session is paid as a class pack

Cancellation deadline

Set how far in advance members must cancel to free up their spot for the waitlist. Common values are 2, 6, or 24 hours. If a member cancels after the deadline, their pass or credit is consumed.

Waitlist

Once capacity is full, additional bookings go onto a waitlist in the order they joined. When a spot opens, the first member on the waitlist is auto-promoted and notified via push and email.
